PANDA EYES RETURN & REFUND POLICY

15 Days Return Policy

To enhance customer satisfaction, We will comply with the 15-day return policy for products purchased via pandaeyes.com.my. You have 15 days to notify us that you wish to return your order. Please return your goods to us within 15 days of cancellation.

Please note, orders purchased on our website or any mobile apps, platform and site cannot be returned or exchanged to any of our retail stores.

Standard Refund Policy

PANDA EYES will be comply with their legal obligations in connection with any refunds, which include, for example, providing a full refund if a product is faulty (e.g. defective, damaged, misdescribed, missing parts, delivery faulty).

Proof we need for further checking for refund:

  1. Clear picture of AWB
  2. Product’s barcode
  3. Proof of delivery
  4. Sign of defect (for defect cases)
  5. Measurements (for misdescribed cases)

How Long Will It Take You To Process a Refund?

3.1

Refund request will be review within 24hours.

3.2

Upon receipt/return of your order It can take between 7-14 working days for your refund to be returned to your original payment method such as credit/debit card or designated bank account, or e-wallet, whichever is applicable. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, then please contact our Customer Care team for credit not processed and we will be happy to look in to this.

Exchange Process:

  1. Exchange service is another option that we provide where you can change your order in any color / design you like.
  2. Exchanges are allowed for the same price item. If you want to exchange different item and higher price on top of the original order, the excess balance should be clarified in advance.
  3. Please note that shipping fee for this exchange service should be bear by customers due to the reason of the order received without errors or defects.
  4. The first shipping fee you pay once return it to us. The second shipping fee you pay was once we ship out for the exchange order. The second payment will be collected by Courier via COD.

Repost Process:

  1. Please refer to the repost process chart to obtain the return barcode. Make sure follow each step described in the pictures.
  2. After completing the return, please share a picture of the DFOD receipt provided by courier and share on our chatroom once with the tracking number.
  3. We will reserve a new order for you. Please take note, return & repost is proceed within 1-4 working days. If there is no update after 4 working days, welcome to call us back. Thank you.
